Frequently Asked Questions
• How do I register my child(ren) for this year’s Program? Registration is only available online. To fully complete the registration e-transfer total amount due. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from our administration containing essential information about the camp procedures within 2 business days.

• How much does it cost to register my children and when is it due?Cost will be $100 for the first child, $85 for the second, and $80 for the third per week—Additional $20 for fieldtrip (price includes student bus transportation and admission). Payment is due upon completion of online forum. Tax receipt for tax credit is available upon request. Should you have any questions about payment, please refer to our CONTACT US page.
• What if I do not want my child to attend the Fieldtrip?
Those who do not attend the fieldtrip will remain supervised at the campsite and will continue to participate in continued active learning sports related activities.
• What do I do if I need to pick up my child before 4 P.M.?
Please contact the administrators at least half an hour prior to the pick-up time, in order to have your child ready for pick-up.
• What do I do if we are running late?
Please call or text any of our administrators. Doors will be locked by 10am.
• Do I have to come inside upon pick-up and drop-off?
Yes, you must come inside. Children will not be allowed to leave regardless of age. This is for the safety of all children.
• What do I do if someone other than myself is picking up my child?You would need to notify the administration. This person should also be mentioned in the registration form under “
“those allowed to pick up your child” (in the Pick-Up Permission section). An ID of Proof will be required.
• Do I have to register my child for the entire duration of the Day Camp?Parents can register on a week-to-week basis at our special rates. Additional 10% discount for registering for full 8 weeks.
Limited capacity is available. Should we reach a maximum capacity for a week you choose, your child’s name will be wait listed until availability arises.
• What should my child(ren) bring every day? Please have your child bring:– an extra set of clothes (pants, shirt, undergarments, socks). Be sure to label these with your child’s full name.,– Lunch every day (One meal, two snacks),– Two water bottles,– Running Shoes,– SunscreenIf more than one of your children is attending the camp, please ensure that each child has their own lunch. Also, please remember to have your children dress for the weather. Apply sunscreen and insect repellent to your children before sending them. We cannot provide or apply these products to children.
